Kshitij Sharma

Kshitij Sharma is actively practising as a Lawyer in various Courts, Tribunals, and Fora in the State of Chhattisgarh. After graduating from ILS Law College, Pune, he started his career with a renowned Trial Lawyer in Pune. After spending considerable time there, he moved to Chhattisgarh and was associated with Munshi & Sharma Associates for more than half a decade, pursuant to which, he started litigating as an individual practitioner.

In a career span of almost a decade now, he is the standing counsel for various Financial Institutions (Mahindra Financial Services Corporation Limited and L&T Finance Limited, among others), Medical Organisations (CG Medical Services Corporation Limited), Educational Institutions (Shri Shankaracharya Institute, Disha Institute, Jamia Education Society, and Gram Meduka Sikshan Sansthan, among others), and various other local bodies. He has also assisted various renowned Law firms in carrying out due diligence in connection with corporate affairs, more particularly, concerning the local statutes.

This experience and skill acquired over the years is now being channelised to render quality legal service as the founding partner of PRANSH Law Offices.
